His early years were spent with his family in England, and then returned to the Family home in Potomac Falls, Virginia, where; he attended High School. Upon graduation, he attended Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and studied business and education. He enjoyed playing computer games and was an avid Kansas City Royals and Chiefs fan. Patrick lived life to the fullest, he never met a stranger and had many friends. He always enjoyed lending a helping hand and finding the good in everyone. Patrick will always be remembered for his kind heart and gentle soul.
Middy embodied the heart and soul of the guild. Even when he was struggling in life, he would take the time ask to how your day was, genuinely caring about it. He represents what we all strive to be in how we treat others, in game and out.
We have spent time mourning him, now it is time to remember what he stood for and carry that into the game, and more importantly, into our lives.
Rest in peace, brother.
